Houseman $40K
A prestigious billionaire, located in Beverly Hills, is seeking a Houseman. This is a great opportunity. A “Jack of All Trades” type individual is needed to perform numerous maintenance jobs around the estate. For example, pressure washing the concrete, cleaning spider webs, fixing odds and ends, etc. The position also requires someone who can work weekends when the housekeeper is off to do some light cleaning around the house and also, if there are guest over, to prepare and serve drinks by the pool, etc. So our client is looking for someone who presents himself well and is refined, although they would be doing more “houseman” like duties during the week. The position pays $40K with benefits and you would report to the Estate (House) Manager.
