Mandatory Requirements:
Number of Position: One • 6 years of experience in Application development involving enterprise-level IT solutions. • 4 years of experience in Web-based application development for both Inter- and Intranet environments. • 3 years of experience in Extensive knowledge of IBM RAD 7 / WebSphere, Java • Strong knowledge and Experience with STRUTS • Strong knowledge and Experience with accessibility standards, such as section 508, and/or JAWS • Strong Extensive knowledge of IBM WebSphere, and Sun Java. J2EE Development JDK - (Servlets, JSP, JSF, EJB, JDBC, JMS) and J2EE specifications. • Strong understanding and knowledge of the WebSphere/J2EE architecture, EJB, OOD skills, and J2EE integration points with external or third party products. • Strong understanding of the MVC pattern STRUTS2 1.X framework.

Desirable Requirements:
• 2 Years Experience with Oracle 9i and above using Stored Procedures, materialized views, and analytic functions • 1 Year Experience within a Health and Human Services Commission Agency desired • Experience with NDS security • HHSC Agency knowledge • Knowledge of IBM Websphere Portal • Knowledge of SOA. • Knowledge in SDLC’s, UML and Use Case methodologies • WebSphere Application Server 5.0 certification strongly preferred; additional certifications are desirable.
