DIRECTOR OF NURSING

One of the top rated Home Health agencies in Southern California is seeking a Director of Nursing for their facility located in a beautiful location in near Ventura.

The DON is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, the supervision of 35+ people and the occasional field visit.

The candidate for this Director of Nursing position must have a current RN license, have 7 years experience in Home Health or Hospice, 3 years supervisory experience, has mentoring skills, great leadership skills and is a great multi-tasker.

Requirements:
CURRENT CALIFORNIA RN LICENSE.
7 YEARS HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE EXPERIENCE.
3 YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
SEASONED AND "HANDS ON".
