1. Why are you 100% free?

The founders of UberJobs were all business owners.  They realized smaller businesses could not afford $600 to post a job on the other job sites.  Nor could they afford $7,000 annual subscription fees to search resume databases.  Paying all this money for non-guaranteed placement (and sometimes a lot of spam) just did not seem right.



2. Then how do you make money?

Advertisements.



3. Why are some categories bold?

A bold category means there are new jobs in the category that you have not viewed yet.  This feature is only available to users that are logged in.




4. Why am I not receiving emails?

Please check your "Junk Mail" folder.  Some junk mail filters misinterpret UberJobs emails as spam.  This includes emails for sign-ups, job applications, notifications, and emailing jobs to friends.
